Q: Is it secure to order on your website?
A: Absolutely! I take extra measurements to make sure my site is secure and protects both me and you (clients)! Your information is protected and not shared or sold to anyone!

 

Q: Can I return a DVD I don't like?

A: Due to the nature of DVDs we can only accept the return and replacement of defective hard copy DVDs. Please contact us with your order number so that we can process your return and replacement. Please note, that once a DVD has been opened and used, we cannot resale it.  There are fees for processing when an item is returned. 

 

Q: Can I get a refund for digital downloads? 
A: Due to the nature of digital DVDs and downloads, we do not process refunds for them. 

 

Q: Can I replace digital video links if I lost them? 

A:  All purchased digital videos can be accessed on https://www.tamileewebb.com/digital -- make sure you are signed in!  

 

Q: I thought I ordered a DVD but it looks like I ordered a digital download, can I exchange the digital for the download?

A: We cannot exchange a digital for a DVD.  You will need to place another order for the DVD.  Once you place an order for the DVD format (if available) we can refund your digital format. 

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: We have a number of shipping options for you to choose from the United States Postal Service and UPS.

Timetable estimates are for US only.
UPS Second Day Air - Second Day
USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 Days
USPS First Class Mail - 3-5 Days
UPS Ground shipping - Can take two to three weeks. 
Canada - Two to three weeks possibly more with Customs.
